Youtube woe
Oh, clever people of LJ, why would YouTube give me this message?

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash player.

I have gone to the Adobe site. I have the latest flash player, and I've never had problems with YouTube before. I wouldn't have the faintest idea how to turn JavaScript off, and it's extremely unlikely that I've done so in my sleep.

It is taunting me with it's enticing videos of crazy people! Why won't it let me watch them?! *weeps*

I hate when that happens. Yesterday my computer refused to acknowledge downloads of the quicktime program. You can adjust javascript in you browser options under Extras. On my german IE browser it's under the security options where you have the x-element options.

I'll go have a look. Thanks! It baffles and irritates me.

Browser problem, maybe? Sometimes YouTube won't play for me on anything but IE. (which I loathe -- my default is Opera)

Yeah, I'm using IE. It's always played in IE before... Urgh. I'll just fiddle around and hope it miraculously cures itself soon!
